”We thoroughly enjoyed our Costa Rican experience! Highlights were experiencing the howler monkey wake-up calls, and private pool overlooking the ocean and rainforest in Lapa Rios; soaking in the thermal springs, swimming in a waterfall, eating a spectacular private lunch in front of the volcano and bird watching with an incredible guide, Yenaro, in La Fortuna; and crashing into the waves of the Pacific in Nosara.

While the cost ended up being higher than what I originally had in mind, the trip was well worth the mental budget reset. The upgrade in Lapa Rios was just incredible.
