“We had such a wonderful time at Old Drift Lodge.
Fabulous room, magnificent place (so much nature!), extremely kind personnel, beautiful national park with both land and river safari – just wonderful!
Pineapple House, Cape Town
Extremely nice hotel in the beautiful area of Sea Point. It was perfect for enjoying our days in the city and the different tours we had organised with you. And great breakfast 🙂
Cape Point Tour: beautiful, we loved it. The quick stop at Muizenberg beach, the must-see penguins at Boulders Beach (a bit touristy – but still definitely worth the visit and thanks to the great guidance of our driver, we went to the less crowded decks), naturally the Cape of Good Hope picture.
Special thanks to our guide, Legend, who was really amazing: extremely kind, very happy to share all his knowledge about the area and very friendly – in short, we had a great time
– Eats Tour: we loved it, we had such a great time with Ryan, he was extremely nice, and very friendly. We discovered a lot of places, tastes and delicious food on that day – 100% recommend to anyone, who wants to brush through the culinary highlights of Cape Town in one day!
– Wine Tour: we were so lucky that we had again Légend as a guide for this tour. He brought us to beautiful vineyards (highlight: Oldenburg) and was so kind to offer to wait for us at our hotel (Le Franschhoek Hotel & Spa) so we could freshen up before the first evening of the wedding. The best guide we ever had.
Le Franschhoek Hotel & Spa
Beautiful location surrounded by hills and beautiful views exhibiting a lot of nature/greenness (given the late summer time), buildings with traditional roofs. We did enjoy the fact that there was a swimming pool, quite a big one, with a beautiful landscape in the back. Lots of nature all around the hotel, we liked it!
Schedule-wise, if we could have changed something in hindsight it would have been the following: adding one more night in Franschhoek.
Little Bush Camp, Sabi Sabi
What a wonderful place: extremely beautiful and spacious room, very calm and peaceful, extremely kind staff with a lot of attention – we absolutely loved it! Game drives were amazing, we saw so much wide life, more than we could have dreamt of! We had Dieter as ranger and Mfundo as tracker – they were amazing, so kind, so professional, so knowledgeable, so passionate. Our entire trip was amazing, but this was above it all: our time on game drives was the best.
Overall, we had such an amazing experience and beautiful trip. We would like to thank you so much for all your work and efforts to prepare it for us. We would (actually are already) highly recommend(ing) your services amongst our family and friends. We very much appreciated how well you translated our preferences (nature, animals, calm, etc.) to the trip you built for us – as you can see from the above, there is very very little we would have done differently in hindsight and everything was perfect. Also, we very much appreciate your thoughtfulness and professionalism. We could really let go and know that everything was taken care of. Thank you very much again.
With that, we are actually also thinking about our next adventure in Africa!”
