We had a really great time in South Africa, and it was really 5 star all the way. We did canyoning, bungee jumping (not me but my 14-year-old daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself) and of course the safari. The Kwandwe reserve experience was quite amazing. From the lodge to the actual game drives, I really think we had a once in a lifetime experience. Even our ranger said that not only did we see almost all the animal, but we had some very exceptional experiences. From being immersed within a herd of 25 elephants as they made their way down the side of a mountain to the pride of lions walking all around our Jeep and coming literally within 3-4 feet of us, to watching a pair of cheetah hunt wildebeest, as well as the pride of lions hunting. Also got to see rare black rhino up close which is rare since they are so skittish of people. And then there was the private lodge with all the South African wines and fantastic meals. I really enjoyed the ostrich and eland.

Oh the personal service with the transfer at the Johannesburg airport was also really nice and made everything easy. Thanks for that.

Anyway, we really had a great trip and all your recommendations were fantastic.
