I wanted to tell you how very much I have enjoyed working with Karen over the past few months.

This has not been an easy trip to figure out since there are three of us, heading from different directions on 5 different flights, going to three different countries and not everyone is going to all the same places!

Karen has been more than patient and professional as we have run through 4 different itineraries. I am so appreciative of her kind and supportive help with my endless questions, as we have worked hard to keep everyone happy AND meet the budget.
