This safari travel company and our agent did a fabulous job of truly tailoring the holiday to our needs and ensuring that it was a special experience all the way through. The itinerary was a great mix of different safari experiences, very diverse landscapes and a bit of culture and city thrown in at the beginning and end. The pace of the holiday was also perfect – 2 to 3 days in each camp was just enough to keep it exciting without feeling hectic. The logistics were flawlessly organized, with no hiccups with pickups, transfers, flights etc. So, even though we had a lot of connections and transfers to do, it felt easy and not burdensome.

The guides and camp staff were also wonderful – genuinely hospitable, friendly and eager to delight. Perhaps the only camp where the service levels & quality of experience did not match the others was Kuala Desert Lodge. I have to say, that the other places such as Khwai tented camp, Tintswalo and Nottens set such a high standard that in comparison, Kuala felt average. But nothing to complain about as spending 3 nights in a place like Sossusvlei was truly special.
